The software used depends on a few factors:
- Is the Customer a Managed Service Customer?
- Does the Customer have our remote software Installed at point of ticket submission?
- Is the remote session a one-time only session?
All 3 Products are secure and can only be accessed by Cirrus IT Services support staff.
